FOXFOTO sc will use your personal data for the purposes of:

  1. execution of commercial transactions;

  3. marketing and promotional activities

The data provided in connection with the order are processed in order to fulfill the order (Article 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679  of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), issuing an invoice (art. c of the GDPR), including the invoice in the accounting documentation (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR) and for archival and statistical purposes (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). Personal data obtained  for the purposes of communication as well as marketing and promotional activities  are processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR.


3. What personal data will we use?

Only personal data that may be necessary for the above purposes will be processed, FOXFOTO sc

First name, last name, NIP, REGON, business address, residential address, e-mail address, bank account number.

Your personal data will be processed via IT operating systems and paper forms.

In connection with the provision of services, your collected personal data may be transferred by us to external entities providing our company with services necessary for the implementation of orders, including in particular:

  • State authorities or other entities authorized under the law

  • Entities providing services for our company  in the field of legal aid,

- you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing or you object to the processing for the purposes of direct marketing;

-personal data must be removed in order to comply with the legal obligation provided for in the Union law or the law of the Member State to which FOXFOTO sc is subject

-personal data has been collected in relation to the offering of information society services.


  1. Restriction of processing - you may apply to FOXFOTO sc to limit the processing of your personal data in one of the following circumstances:

- you question the correctness of your personal data - for a period allowing FOXFOTO sc to check the correctness of this data; The processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of your personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
